IT Recruiter

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive person, who is ready to learn new and face different interesting challenges. You will become a part of a young team, which works on big and complex projects. You will be able to gain experience from your team members, learn new and get a deeper understanding of recruitment and outsourcing.

Requirements:

  • 0,5+ years of experience in recruitment in any domain, IT will be a huge plus!
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting required
  • Understanding IT recruitment specifics, sourcing tools, professions and technologies is critical
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
